Join us for this 30 minute practice to help end your day with a sense of stability, peace and wellbeing. Practising mindfulness with a group can help you stay focussed and feel connected to others. By taking this time to focus the present moment, you can help to steady yourself when thoughts tend to lead down pathways that can create strong emotions and body reactions, having a serious impact on our health. Beginners welcome, although you may also wish to join in the Free Online Mindfulness Introduction and Taster Session on April 13th. Learn more about mindfulness here.
To join the live sessions, download the free app Zoom and register here for the Mindfulness Session. You will then receive an e-mail link to the online session with a reminder e-mail just before the event. You will be able to see and hear the teacher, Debbie Larson, but all participant’s microphones and video links will be disabled. You will be able to type questions and comments in the chat box and these can be answered at the end of the mindfulness practice.
