Come and learn what mindfulness is all about and see if it might suit you. Simply Mindfulness teaches people from all walks of life. From busy adults trying to restore some balance, people in a caring role supporting themselves so they can continue to support others, parents wishing to bring mindfulness into their busy family lives to older people keen to learn a new skill to keep them well as they navigate their later years. Mindfulness has something to offer everyone.
If you would like to try mindfulness and you’re not sure where to start, a Mindful Hour Class is great introduction. This taster session runs once a month. It will take you through a few simple mindfulness practises with time for discussion and to ask questions. The next Afternoon Mindful Hour Class is on Thursday March 7 from 11:00-12:00 and the next Evening Mindful Hour Class is on Monday March 12 from 5:30-6:30pm at the Simply Mindfulness Studio in Postwick. The Mindful Hour Class is also a good way to keep your mindfulness practise going once you have completed and 8-Week Course. The first class is free and then £8 per class. Please contact me if you would like to come along, spaces are limited to 12.
If you enjoy the Mindful Hour Class, the next step is to sign up for an 8-Week Mindfulness Course. This is the course that teaches you the skills to truly create a better sense of wellbeing for yourself. It is part mindfulness practice and part education to help you understand your brain better and develop the skill and confidence to navigate life’s challenges. The next 8-Week Mindfulness Courses start on Thursday April 25. There is an afternoon course from 1:00-3:00pm and an evening course from 7:00-8:30pm. The cost of the course is £220 with spaces limited to 10. Please contact me if you are interested in signing up.
