Completing an 8-Week Mindfulness Course is the most effective way to gain a full understanding of what mindfulness is, develop a regular mindfulness practice and experience the benefits that mindfulness provides. Simply Mindfulness has moved its next course online, beginning 20th April 2020, so you can learn in the safety and comfort of your own home. It will be offered as a Live Zoom Webinar from 8:00pm to 9:15pm each Monday. The session will be recorded and available to watch for up to a week. It is taught by Debbie Larson, an experienced occupational therapist who teaches mindfulness in healthcare to people living with chronic pain. Debbie established Simply Mindfulness in 2016 to teach mindfulness to anyone who wanted to learn the skills needed to cope with difficulties and to prevent the health problems that can develop from living with chronic stress.
This first time online course is being offered at a special introductory price £40 per household, however it is available free to key workers or you can make a donation of any amount you can afford if you are affected financially during the COVID crisis.
