Yoga classes are now available at the Simply Mindfulness Studio starting on Friday, May 10 from 1:30-2:30pm. Clinical Yoga for Beginners, based on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, is taught by a qualified physiotherapist and is perfect to develop your ability and confidence in exercise. This class will take a group of people new to yoga (or fairly new) from the very basics of strength and flexibility to more challenging movements and poses as you improve. Progression will be supported in a fun and safe way with like-minded people keen to achieve better health with expert guidance. The cost is £10 per class with payments made in 4 week blocks.
