Spring Mindfulness For Health and Wellbeing 8-Week Course

The Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing 8-Week Course will teach you the skills to deal with the difficult things you face each day. It will help you enjoy life more and to feel calmer. It is a skill for life that gives you greater confidence, helping you to thrive and cope with whatever comes your way.

The next Mindfulness Course starts on Thursday, April 25th with a weekly afternoon course from 1:00-3:00pm and an evening course from 7:00-8:30pm. Classes are held at the gorgeous Postwick studio along the River Yare, 5 minutes from the A47/NDR junction. All the sessions are taught by Debbie Larson, an experienced occupational therapist who is listed with the UK Mindfulness Network as having met the Good Practice Guidelines to teach MBCT and MBSR.
