We are settling in to an isolation period that is likely to last weeks and possibly months. COVID-19 is providing unprecedented challenges but perhaps some opportunities. With Simply Mindfulness, we are hoping to provide the opportunity to learn mindfulness in a way that is accessible for many people who otherwise wouldn’t have the time or resources to do so, particularly during this period when taking care of our wellbeing is so essential. With this in mind, we are offering:
Online 8-Week Mindfulness Course beginning 20th April 2020, 8:00pm-9:15pm. £40/household however it is free for key workers and anyone who has completed an 8-Week course with Simply Mindfulness in the past. Concession prices are available for anyone experiencing financial difficulty.
