Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga Classes incorporate physical asana to strengthen and stretch the body helping to keep it healthy and supple.  Every system of the body is given attention during the physical aspect of yoga.  We learn to work sensitively and to listen to the body.  Other important yoga teachings are also included in each session such as, Pranayama techniques (yoga breathing) and meditation and relaxation.  This helps to bring a sense of wellbeing to the yoga practitioner.

Clinical Yoga (beginners)

Improve your strength and flexibility with this Ashtanga Vinyasa based yoga class taught by physiotherapist Avril.

Baby Massage

Michelle is a fully qualified infant massage instructor (CIMI) with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM). The IAIM believe in promoting nurturing touch and there is a wealth of benefits for both baby and parent or caregiver. As well as enhancing bonding between parent and infant, baby massage promotes better sleep, boosts blood circulation and the immune system as well as developing muscle tone and co-ordination. Infant massage can also give relief for colic, wind and constipation and massage can help soothe teething.
